What we do
Activities that do more than fill the day.
Every session at MS Care is built around three things proven to support people living with dementia: cognitive stimulation, meaningful engagement, and gentle physical movement.
Why families choose MS Care
Care that meets your loved one where they are.
Person-centred.
No two people experience dementia the same way. Every session is shaped around what your loved one enjoys, what calms them, and what helps them feel like themselves.
Evidence-based.
Our integrated approach draws on humanistic, person-centred and resource-oriented care, music therapy, and cognitive wellness — grounded in leading dementia care research.
Small, consistent groups.
Familiar faces. Familiar routines. The same therapists, week after week — because trust is what makes the work possible.
“My mother used to dread Wednesdays. Now she's at the door with her shoes on by 9am. The MS Care team have given her something to look forward to — and given me time to breathe.”
— Anita L., daughter & caregiver

Common questions
Answers, from families like yours.
How is MS Care different from a traditional day care?
MS Care is an activities centre, not a day care. Unlike traditional day care — which focuses on supervision — every hour at MS Care is structured around therapist-led, evidence-based engagement designed for people living with dementia.
What stage of dementia do you work with?
We support people across mild, moderate and early-late stage dementia, and we'll always start with a one-to-one orientation to make sure we're the right fit.
Can I attend a session with my loved one first?
Yes — we encourage it. Book a no-obligation visit and we'll show you around.
How often should my loved one attend?
Most families start with one session a week and build up. Consistency matters more than frequency.
Are your activities suitable for non-English speakers?
Yes. Our team conducts sessions in English, Mandarin and Hokkien, and we adapt music and reminiscence material accordingly.
